Our workshops are designed to help individuals, teams, and the organizations they serve to better understand their unique strengths and values in order to achieve maximum impact and fulfillment.

We use tools, like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), DiSC®, Clifton Strengths®, and the Enneagram to enhance our clients’ understanding of themselves, their staff, and their potential customers. These workshops can be offered as standalone offerings or as part of an ongoing client engagement. As an organization, Little Rouge Hen values flexibility and adaptability, so if you don’t see what you are looking for below, please reach out and we will customize something to meet your needs.

  • An Introduction to the MBTI®

By providing insights into one’s personality type, the Myers-Briggs or MBTI®, gives individuals the opportunity to identify and appreciate the ways they differ from those around them. The increased self awareness of one’s unique strengths can then be applied to cultivate both personal and career development plans. This intro to the MBTI® Workshop is available in both a 2 hour and 1/2 day format.

  • Team Type: Using the MBTI® to Understand Team Dynamics

We work with teams to help improve communication, identify and resolve conflicts, develop leaders, enhance decision making, and create healthier organizational cultures. When team members understand their own personality types and those of their teammates, they are less likely to be critical of choices that differ from their own and are more likely to communicate and work together effectively. The MBTI® for Teams Workshop is available in both a 1/2 day and full day format.

  • Values-Based Time Management

As Stephen Covey said, “Putting first things first means organizing and executing around your most important priorities. It is living and being driven by the principles you value most.” This workshop uses activities and established frameworks to help participants (available to teams and individuals) to identify their values so they can spend their time where it counts.

  • Living Your Values: Exploring What Matters

Drawing from the principles of Dr. Russ Harris’s The Happiness Trap ® and resources from Dr. Brene Brown’s Unlocking Us ® podcast, this workshop invites participants to check in with what truly matters to them. By spending more time on goals and activities that align with values, we can create a more fulfilling and rewarding personal and professional life and achieve maximum impact.

  • Building Trust & Mutual Understanding

This workshop explores the importance of building trust and establishing psychological safety in order to create high-performing teams and to unlock creative potential. Topics including personality and leadership style will be discussed as well as the foundational principles of building trust as a leader.

  • Talking Temperament: Intro to Communication Style

Want to get a fun introduction to the Myers-Briggs or Enneagram and learn about your unique personality type? Perfect for luncheons, book clubs, and informal meetings, this interactive talk delivers an overview of a leading personality theory, while also offering practical insights on how your “type” shapes your communication style.
